It's more like encouraging your whole team to get (and catch) a D.  This
"encouragement" is obviously barbed because it includes the implication that
the team on O has to mess up.

The point is that the side-line intensity given to shouting "Caaallllahaaan"
NEVER occurs anywhere else on the pitch.

I can't decide whether it would be bad spirit to do it all the time or if
side-lines SHOULD do it all the time - I'm always telling my team to get
more involved when their off the pitch!

Still it just seems like there's a lack of respect for your opposition in
there somewhere.  For me, that respect is where Spirit begins.  (No offence
meant to anyone who did it this weekend.  Clapham 2 won spirit AND did it so
something could be read into that)

I hope it is just a fad.
