Hi All,

Just a reminder that during the hot temperatures that we're having it's
important to not over hydrate.

The recent London Marathon had one death which was due to
hyponatriaemia(dangerously low levels of sodium in the body).

Many of you will remember 2 UK players (one at worlds 2000 and another at
Boston Invite) were very unwell and admitted to intensive care due to
hyponatriaemia.

So please look after yourself and your teammates when it's hot. Be sure to
eat regularly to buffer fluctuating sodium levels, drink water but don't
drink excessively particularly when you haven't eaten much all do.

and if you or a teammates is 'suffering from the heat' take it v seriously
and don't just ply them with water.

Here's a good simple guide:

Cheers Bex
