All information - directions, schedule, camping arrangements etc etc have been
sent to your team contacts so you should get it from them.
I'd just like to stress one thing - the bar will unfortunately not be open to
us on Friday night. They've got a private function on up there. We've been
told that in previous years very few of us actually use the bar on the Friday
so the venue decided to accept another booking. So, hopefully you can bring
some beers and hang around by the tents but if it's raining then there's a pub
about 5 mins walk away. Left out of the gates, left at the main road and it's
on your right as you go under the motorway - The Boar's Head. There's beer and
a pool table so you'll be fine! Alternatively, if you get there early enough
then why not go to the dog track down the road - top night out and about 10mins
beyond the pub or get a cab from the venue.
We've got the whole bar area from breakfast time on Saturday 'til Sunday
evening. Food will be served up there all weekend - breakfast, lunch and
dinner.
The schedule has been written with an neat 2hr gap on the Saturday starting
approximately 3pm and finishing at 5. You work out what that's for!
