Tour One (Women, A and B) is due to take place on 23-24 June at: Harlington Sports Ground Sipson Lane Harlington, Middlesex London UB3 5AQ This is a big, good quality venue so we certainly have space for a large number of teams. (Its the same venue as Nationals 2003 - but they've been very busy with their fields.) To arrive with me by FRIDAY 8 JUNE. Please confirm when you have sent the cheque. Please note that we do not have camping at this event (sorry). Being near Heathrow there are a large number of local hotels and B&Bs of widely varying costs! I've been emailed a question about the costs so some short comments The costs to run the tournament are inevitably quite high - its a good quality venue, with lots of fields, a decent "clubhouse" where it will be possible shelter from the inevitable rain, food on sale onsite; there will be medical cover and all the usual stuff. The tournament is being run by the UKUA - so thats where the profits will go. There is some contingency in the entry fee for a less then expected number of teams. If we get a really big number of entrants and make an unacceptably large profit we will offer teams a refund. Look forward to hearing from you Si
