This amazing and excitingly fun tournament is well
under subcribed. We still need at least 8 teams to
entre for it to go ahead! If we don't get 8 teams
expressing interest in the tournament before next
friday (the 22nd of June) we will sadly have to cancel
this original tournament.

UNDER THE HAMMER, August 11th 12th 2007
Team of champions or a champion team?
Have you ever wanted to play with someone from another
team, but never got the chance? Is there one player
on the oppositions team without whom you think you
could beat them every time?
Finally here is a tournament, not quite a hat
tournament, not quite a straight tournament, that
gives you the chance to play with the people you have
always admired, envied or even hated! And at the same
time raise some money for charity.
Just like the Premiership, this tournament will offer
you a once in a lifetime transfer window to buy the
players you have always wanted to play with or sell
those on your own team whose egos are perhaps too big
for the club these days!!
On Saturday your original ten player team will play
for the best seeding. On Saturday night there is a
monster auction party where two of the best players
from each team will be put Under the Hammer and
auctioned. Any team can buy any player, and you can
buy as many as you wish or can afford. All money
raised in the Auction will go to the Attaxia group for
Muscular Dystrophy.
Reason to bid/not to bid:
1) Bring a team of no hopers, but buy GB players to
win
2) Decide your kit will be bikinis and buy only
gorgeous female players
3) Get totally [EMAIL PROTECTED] on the Saturday night with the
knowledge you have bought subs
4) Decide youre a totally hot team and miserly and
dont need to buy anyone and can play with just one
sub on the Sunday
5) Buy an entire team and watch them win as you sip
cider from the sideline
6) Buy the best hucker on auction and sit in the end
zone catching the glory
7) Buy the best drinker on the team for those after
game calls
8) Buy the worst catcher on auction to help you bid
for the wooden spoon that would be so hard to win
otherwise
9) Buy someone you have never met before, just to
increase your friends on facebook!
10) Buy someone who lives on the place youre hoping
to visit next month to score some cheap accommodation
11) Buy that cute player you have had a crush on since
last tour
12) Buy the biggest player from your closest
competition to deplete their line up
13) Buy the player who has no bids just because you
feel sorry for them and the money is going to a good
cause!
Come to the Under the Hammer tournament August 11th
12th 2007. Bid for the disc on the pitch and your new
players off the pitch. This unique and interesting
tournament has your name all over it.

Cost: £180 team fee
