Hi All, I'm looking to hire temporary staff for Quarry Park Disc Golf course in Leamington Spa. The course is currently open on weekday evenings and all day at weekends, but I'm extending opening times over July and August so that we are open from 10 a.m. every day. There's 2 aspects to the job: serving customers; and grounds maintenance. The customer side is meeting and greeting visitors, taking their money, lending discs, telling them about the course and sport (if they are unfamiliar), giving basic coaching on technique, selling discs and soft drinks etc. Generally try to make sure they have a good time The grounds maintenance involves mostly mowing, strimming and pruning. I'm looking for people who are honest, flexible, hardworking, good communicators, enthusiastic and able to act on their own initiative. Gotta love throwing discs too of course!! Hours and pay are negotiable, but for July and August, I may be looking to cover 2 shifts of 5.5hr each day. These shifts could be divided up between 2 or 3 people.
