BD and ED,

Sorry this hasn't been sent out earlier. Few problems with posting to
Britdisc and obviously Euros got in the way! Well done to all the GB teams.
Myself (Dan Berry) and Si Hill are working on Nationals together and will be
checking these e mails regularly to see who wishes to register. Any
questions about Nationals should come to this addresss and not any other e
mail addresses you may have for us, if possible. Thanks. Some extra
accomodation Info below. If we've missed anything out then please ask.

This link takes you to the UKUA web page and should have all the info on it.

Those teams that have already emailed to register - thanks - there is NO
need to re-send any info to this address. Good work on being organsied! I
will update the teams who have registered when I get a moment so don't panic
if you aren't on there. I should get that done today.

Tournament Accommodation Update

1. We have obtained a limited number of rooms at Kingston University -
Kingston Hill Campus. This Hall of Residence (recently refurbished!) is
5-10 minutes walk from the fields (half a mile).
Rooms are single (strictly NO sharing I'm afraid) with ensuite bathroom -
and whilst this isn't the budget option of camping or staying with mates, we
just wanted to provide players with a local option for a bed and a shower,
should they want it. It is similar to travelodges, etc but walking distance
from the fields (with parking too).
Prices:
£30 per person per night (no breakfast)
£37.50 per person per night (with breakfast)
Rooms available Fri 31st Aug and Sat 1st Sep, but NOT Sun 2nd Sept.

2. There is camping on site at the fields - but there is some limit to the
amount of space available to us.
Due to the potential limitation in camping space, to help us satisfy our
arrangements with the venue, and to put something towards the cost of
overnight security there will be a charge of £1 per person per night for
camping. Please help us by confirming that you want to camp (as per comment
below) otherwise other people might be using the space and you'll be stuck.

For both of these accommodation options we need each team/club to coordinate
on numbers and payment please.

I.e. the TEAM CONTACT will need to coordinate NUMBERS of players that would
like to take up each option and WILL NEED TO PAY US ("S. Hill" - as per
tournament entry fee) for the accommodation. It is not possible to arrange
the rooms direct at Kingston Hill campus - they usually use the rooms for
conferencing, summer schools, etc. and are not set up for taking bookings
from the public.

DEADLINES:
You need to register for these options by TUES 14th AUGUST please. (Aware
that this is now a bit tight!!! Do get us the info by then if you
can but will try and hold it open until the Friday. Emphasis on the try
bit.)
Payment will be required by MON 20th AUGUST. We have to commit to a number
of rooms on that date, so no money = no room!

Will send out more info about some things we wish to implement nearer the
time. Watch this space.

Best wishes

Si and Dan
