Greetings Frisbee People, Sorry to those who aren't around London but I thought I'd send it anyway in case some people aren't on the London list or maybe are just randomly in town this weekend. Cheers. The Flaming Galahs fancied having a summer party so we've organised one for this Sunday, 12th August. The venue is Rosslyn Park rugby club which is near Putney and the plan is a big Caribbean BBQ, a band, two DJs, a load of cider (or your drink of choice!) and a wide range of idiocy. 4pm -11pm. It also seemed like a good chance to celebrate the success we had at Euros (WELL DONE GB!) and a chance to say goodbye to Frenchy before she leaves. To help us celebrate all this, we have members of Thundering Herd, Iceni, PAF, Fugazees, ABH and other teams getting involved. So if you or your team mates want to join us then let me know. Price is £15 and this gets you a wide selection of Caribbean inspired food (cooked by a professional not some Galah fool), all the entertainment and the ability to get involved in the biggest London frisbee party this year! Any profit we make (here's hoping) will go towards our charity fund which is likely to be a donation to a sporting charity for underprivileged areas in London. More information available on request.
