I am not going to write a long email defending myself or my coaching, it's
not needed.
All I want to say is that Junior Ultiamte is built around the hard work of
few. It is people like Vaughny, Kev and all the other teachers with Jr
teams that are on the front line of bringing our sport to new young people.
Junior Ultimate is built around a relatively small number of people putting
in a ridiculous amount of their free time to give Juniors the chance to play
Ultimate, both in this country and abroad.
Junior Ultimate needs volunteers and people supporting it. If you want to
help out then there is a map on the UKUA website showing where all the
current Junior teams are in the country, or start your own team. The UKUA
Junior Community is full of people with experience who will be happy to
share their knowledge on running a Junior team.
People will always view their opinions. I'm sorry if you disagree with
anything I have done, but I have no regrets with my style or anything I have
done or the way I have done it.
