The schedule has been written - but then shelved due to a possible last minute drop out. The info desk will be in front of the club house and should be manned at all times.
The Captains pack is available on the website: http://ww.malago.co.uk/tour3
The most important bit is the score sheet which each team needs to hand in to the info desk to record your results and Spirit vote. If you don't vote for spirit you can't win it.
Captains meeting:8.30
We aren't really going to say anything of great social or political import, but each team should send a rep to collect your disc/captains pack (and cones/scoreboard if you are on in the first game slot). Last games should end 7.15 on Saturday, 5pm on Sunday. To avoid the tractor driving too close to the playing area there will be water stations rather than a bottle at every pitch. Severn Bridge toll has increased to £5.10 (the directions said £4.90).
Please Please Please don't litter!
No dogs or bikes on site (apart from my bike which has special permission).
The whole site is 'no smoking'. If the grounds staff see you using the fence/bushes to pee against, they will come and shout at you (ask Whitehouse!). On Saturday evening there will be food at the party venue and at the pitches - both on a first come first serve basis. The party music will be great. It's an eclectic selection of frisbee favourites ranging from Nina Simone to Alice Cooper. In case you like this kind of trivia it has been arranged into chronological order, from 1932-2007. It will feature 'old skool' gaps between the songs and wild jumps in genre and tempo. Weather forecast: It's Britain - bring waterproofs, suntan lotion and flip-flops
