Howdy Ultimate Players!
Here are the further details of Loughborough Beginners.
I am overjoyed to announce we are over-subscribed, and as such will be
filling the tournament on a first cheque first spot basis. Those of you who
have already indicated your interest will be given preference as well. Those
teams that wanted more than one spot, given that they get their cheques in,
will get second teams in only when everyone who got their cheque in by 5th
October has been given a spot.
Accommodation is available Friday and Saturday night, and the party, which
I'm sure you're dying to hear about, is once again on a fancy dress theme,
tickets will be available during the day on Saturday. The fancy dress will
be each team comes as its own united theme. If you're lucky enough to have
more than one team you need more than one theme. There will be awards for
best team fancy dress and best individual fancy dress.
As a side note, our union is upping its security policy, those of you with
NUS cards will need to bring them. Those of you who are not students, or who
do not have NUS cards need to let me know as soon as possible so that the
Haze social sec can get on with sorting you out with a party buddy to sign
you in.
