Hello BD, This year was possibly the best Copa Cabana year yet. Not just because we were organised enough such that I got to play some games but because the new marquee was a huge success, we had little trouble from the locals or grief from the neighbours and because of all the help we got from Flyght Club was immense. Add to that the atmosphere on the last night when you would think most people would be exhausted was possibly the most intense!
Crazy. So...what's left? Getting feedback from you all. I've got three questions and I'd like you to forward these questions to anyone who was there. Please email me back at steve AT thecopa.co.uk . 1. What could we do to improve the Copa? 2. What was the best part about this years Copa? Last is the big one...and a sneak preview into what we have the possibility to create for 2008.... 3. Would you consider paying a player fee/festival ticket price between £30 and £70 (self catered to full catered) for a larger scale international Copa event OR...do you prefer it kept small and intimate and cheap as it is now. Please let me know as we'll be starting the planning for next years Copa very soon. There's a good chance the date might change to another long weekend.
