Sorry to spam everyone again but I'm not getting the responses I would expect from the qualifiers of Indoor Nationals. Even if you are unable to attend, I need to know so that I can invite other teams. I did set a confirmation deadline of Monday 11th Feb but I will extend this to Friday 15th Feb. Payment deadline remains at Friday 22nd Feb.
The teams I need hear from are: OPEN: Fully Charged, Brighton, MFS, Fusion, Jeremy Codhand, Top Shelf Sleaze, Team Flange, Mighty Hucks, Bath, Air Badgers WOMEN: LLL, Oddjog, York, Jemima Codhand, Shimmy, Bristol, Discuits, Galahs I will be at Mix and Mingle this weekend if you want to confirm and make payment. My original email is below for information. Si Congratulations on qualification to the National Indoor Finals, being held in Sheffield on the weekend of 8/9 March. Please can you email me ASAP, either at this address or at [EMAIL PROTECTED] to confirm that you will be sending a team. The tournament will be making use of two venues with the pool games at separate sports centres on the Saturday but all Open and Womens qtrs/semis/finals at Ponds Forge International on the Sunday. There's going to be a reasonable amount of advertising for this event and there will hopefully be some media in attendance for the finals. The cost will be £120 for Open teams and £110 for the Ladies. Cheques should be made payable to Simon East and sent to 14 Ashford Road, Sheffield, S11 8XZ. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me for details. Confirmation deadline is Monday 11th February and the deadline for payments will be Friday 22nd February. Please can you also confirm where your team is based so I can update the event website accordingly. There is no accommodation provided for this event but there are plenty of options available.
