SCHEDULE
Coming soon..

PLAYER PASS
You will not get on site without a player pass. Please download and
print from here:
http://www.malago.co.uk/tour/
On the website you will also find directions, accommodation list, the
schedule (once we have it) and stuff.

WATER
There are water stations dotted around the site. Please make sure you
drop off an empty container when collecting a full one.

CAPTAINS MEETING
There won't be a captains meeting as such, but please send somebody to
collect your team pack which will include a disc, a schedule, a score
sheet etc.
If you are playing in the first round of games come and pick up your
pitch set.
If you are in the A or the C tour, MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR NEW PITCH
MAP ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON!

MOVING PITCHES
THERE MAY BE SOME CHANGES TO THE PITCH NUMBERS ON SUNDAY
If you are in the A Tour or the C Tour, you will see that on Saturday
your pitches have numbers (1-8) but on the Sunday they have letters (A-
H).
This is because we have been shafted by the University Cricket
Association (who own the venue). They *might* be having a match on
Sunday, which will take place on the pitches nearest the club house.
We will not know if the cricket is on until Saturday afternoon.
If you are in the A or the C tour, Please send your statto to the TD
desk at the end of play on Saturday to get your new pitch map for
Sunday.

SCORE SHEET
This will be included in your team pack and MUST be returned after
your last game.
It will be a record of your game results and spirit votes.
Please return it as soon as possible as otherwise we won't be able to
award any spirit prizes - which would be a shame as they are better
than the other trophies!

SPIRIT VOTE
Last year we published everybody's spirit result, we intend to do the
same again this year.
The reason behind publishing these results is this; if you did well
you deserve to know about it, on the other hand if you did badly...
you deserve to know about it!
I know of at least one team this had a profound effect on since last
year, and although it was probably a bit harsh at the time it has
certainly been positive in the long run.
THIS ONLY WORKS IF EVERY TEAM HANDS THIER SCORE SHEET IN! Please do so
as soon as possible so that we can figure out who's won in time for
the award ceremony.

AIR-HORN:
1 short blast = 5 min before games start
2 short blast = Game start
1 Long blast = Game End
We will run the tournament by the big clock on the clubhouse (although
it's slightly slow by my watch).

FOOD
There will NOT be food at the party venue this year.
There will be food available in the club house.
There will be food available at these times:
Fri 7 till about 9
Sat 7am - 9pm
Sun 7am - 6pm

CAMPING
You can camp for free on site, but please be good, quiet and tidy!
This is a residential area, if complaints are made by the locals we
won't be able to camp there in the future.
You can arrive anytime after lunch on Friday. The ground is pretty
hard - bring a mallet!

SPORTS MASSAGE
There will be sports massage available at the following times:
Sat 12 - 3
Sun 12 - 3
Tickets for specific time slots will be sold in advance from the TD
desk.
£5 for 15 minutes. If we break even on this any profits will go the GB
Juniors, so you can feel virtuous and 'relaxed' at the same time!

There will also be a physio and First Aid at the club house.

No Dogs on site
No Bicycles on site
No smoking on site

See you there!
