Cardiff No Frills are looking at putting a team into the Mixed Tour this year. We already have a reasonable number of players but we are a few short of the number of ladies we would ideally like in the squad. The team is probably not going to be competing at an A Tour level but we are looking to play reasonably competetive frisbee whilst also enjoying ourselves! If there are any ladies within travelling distance of Cardiff that think they might be interested in attending one or more of the tours and a few training sessions inbetween please don't hesitate to get in touch!
