Thanks Si, This has been bugging me most of the day now so I'll hold my hands up.
The title of this thread should be "Team sizes" not "Squad sizes" - hence I caused the confusion right from email 1. Hopefully everyone knows I mean at the level of the match, not the tournament now though. Phew, I feel better having admitted it. Sorry for the confusion.
