While the finals were being played in Vancouver 8 teams came to South Beach, Troon, for MacBeach 2008. Apart from the heavy rain on Saturday morning the rest of the tournament went really well for a first year. The pitches are excellent and the council had the beach cleaned for us before games started. Thanks to everyone who came and to those who helped make it a success!
