Sorry again BD...

Here's the last entry into BD for Copa information.

I'm getting pretty amped now! It's closing in and I've finally
recovered from west coast jet-lag.

I forgot to mention to everyone coming that for the simple breakfast
and tea and coffin in the morning we want all people to bring a
cup/bowl/spork for themselves. We didn't not buy enough for all
players. Additionally in the Copa tent if you want a mixed drink (eg.
bloody mary) of some sort please bring your cup for this as well. If
you need something we'll punch your drink tickets ( = one drink ) for
the cost of giving you a plastic glass/cup/bowl for you to use
throughout the weekend.

We will have recycling bins and rubbish bins. Please use them
correctly and do not leave rubbish at the pitches, tents, camping area
this year. Last year was pretty bad. Bin liners are in abundance so
it shouldn't be hard to keep it clean.

Also...game scores are to be reported to HQ or texted to my mobile
number in the capts pack. The lower seeded team in each game is
responsible for this regardless of the outcome or it will be assumed a
victory 15-0 for the higher seed team.

That's about it. The Captains details are only now at
www.thecopa.co.uk but feel free to download them for yourself as a
player. Captains should obviously print out a copy of the schedule
for themselves. We aren't giving away stacks of paper but in fact
only printing a few for our reference. Also, to avoid issues from
last year, only pay attention to the games leading up to the
crossovers on the schedule. Amazingly, the results of the pool games
will affect the later games and the paper printed schedules
unfortunately will not auto-update like our computer schedule does.
Once this technology is created we'll start using it but until then
please report scores to HQ (the stage) or my mobile and check in with
HQ on Sunday for your game information.

Thanks
Count BloodStack
TD
