I'm afraid there's no way round it. With Nationals also being EUCR, and 
two European teams entering (for whom we have almost no reliable seeding 
information) we need a fair schedule which will allow the best teams to 
qualify for EUCF.

There is discussion ongoing about what to do next year, but given that 
this year's nationals is the same tournament as EUC regionals, there's 
nothing that can be done differently.
