Hi Are you (or do you know?) an ultimate player in the Luton area that wishes they could play more ultimate?
I'm doing some work with the local sports folks in Luton - and one of the things we are trying to do is get a regular ultimate club/session up and running. Sessions will be at Stockwood Park (on the floodlit grass inside the athletics track) from Fri 17th Oct. Times: 6pm - 7:30pm. Its a "turn-up-and-play" arrangement but we are trying to find out what sort of numbers to expect. The cost is going to be £2.50 per session. The sessions are aimed at anyone over the age of approx 16,17 - any level of play/fitness/etc. If you know someone younger that would want to play, please get in touch, as a weekly session aimed at under 16s is also being set up. Dan Berry and/or I will be running the sessions for the first few weeks. The idea is that if it gets off the ground it will start to run itself after a couple of months.
