A message for female ultimate players in London: Iceni and Iso will be hosting open women's trainings on Monday evenings from November 3 - December 15. These will be held on a lit pitch at Batterseatrack in Battersea Park from 7.30 - 9pm. Please turn up from 7pm to get a warm-up in. The cost is £4 paid to the Iceni club representative on the night. These evening trainings will focus on scrimmaging, so experience playing the game competitively is needed for those who attend. This will be an excellent opportunity to build your skills, learn from other female players, and get some fitness in. Please always bring a light and a dark, water and a disc.
