Hi Britdisc! London Revolution would like to extend an invitation to all those ultimate players who feel that playing and training at the weekend just isn't enough. Perhaps your local student team trains during work hours or other training sessions are too difficult to get to after work. As a solution to this we have secured a slot from 8-10pm this thursday 27th November and 8-10pm thursday 11th December at a floodlit sports ground right in the city. We will be running a fun yet intensive training session with a view to making this a regular London Revolution training session. The grounds are in Southwark, right next to Canary Wharf. The nearest tube stop is Canada Water but Bermondsey station (both Jubilee line) is also close and you can get the 381 bus to right outside the grounds. After training those who wish to join us at the nearby charming Blacksmiths Arms pub (not that I've ever been there but it does look charming from the outside) are more than welcome!
