Hello!Female? Live in London? Play Ultimate? Looking to have fun whilst also getting back some fitness after the Xmas season?Just a reminder that Crown Jewels still wants you!Training sessions are now underway at Hyde Park on alternate Saturdays and at Paddington Recreation Centre on alternate Wednesdays and are open to all until March, with our aim being to improve individual player skills. In March intensity and frequency of training will increase as we start to focus on UK Women's Tour. The first session for 2009 is this Saturday, 10 January from 10am-12pm on the South side of Hyde Park near knightsbridge station. Our club aim is to have fun whilst playing and training regularly in a focused environment. Last year was the start of great things and we are looking to move on to an even bigger and better year - UK Tour plus fun tournaments in the UK and Europe, including Paganello!
