An interesting development. I wonder how many other top teams will be 
arbitrarily excluding female players from "Open" teams regardless of 
their ability or desire?

Presumably this is yet another great step forward in the march to make 
Ultimate a proper sport :(

These trials will be structured around games that will help us to 
identify the qualities we are looking for:
 > * Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
 > * Potential for improvement
 > * Athleticism
 > * Commitment
 > * THE CORRECT CHROMOSOMES

Have you considered the practical problems? Even the IOC don't have a 
definition of "male". I guess you could just use the ancient Greek 
method, should be fun in February :)
