Hi Folks I just want to remind you that entrance for the tournament will be closed on the 7th Feb unless we don't exceed 16 teams by Monday (2nd Feb) and then the first 16 will only have their spots (13 teams paid up so far). If you have not paid before this date your team will not be in. If you team aperies on the list below, I thank you for prompt payment. Also please note that for this UKU event it is a requirement that all players are UKU members. In order to help you be confident that your team members have all signed up correctly we have enabled the "invite team members" option on the event webpage. Please go to http://www.ukultimate.com/2009/02/13/uku_club_mixed_indoor_nationals Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link to invite team members. This will send an email to your team members who can then click a link in their email to confirm if they will attend the event. This process builds a list of team members that are coming to the event – including their current membership status. You are also able to edit this list directly. You are able to see the list for your own team. The TD, UKU Administrator and DoC have access to the complete list for all teams. By playing a game at the event you are deemed to be confirming that the list on the website correctly represents the team that is playing at the tournament. If there are any differences to the list on the website you should make the TD and/or UKU Administrator aware of the differences before playing. Please note: 1. Membership status "Authenticated User" is someone with a free online user account on the UKU website but does not have current membership. 2. In some circumstances the membership status on the website is not updated correctly.
