I think that using a 'structured scoresheet' as a basis to give spirit scores
is a great objective way of doing it.
We used the as mentioned WFDF/BULA scoresheet at the LUCRE tournament a few
weekends ago, its amazing how close all the teams scores were (although this is
to be expected for one day / 6 game tournaments)...
1.) Lemurs (12.8)
2.) Lemmings (12.3)(Winners)
3.) Up The Left (12)
4.) uBu (11.8)(Plate Winners)
4.) Bears (11.8)
4.) Duffa (11.8)
7.) Evolution (11.5)
8.) (Ex)Uriel (11.3)
Comparing these results from a 'fun' tournament to the 'competitive' Nationals
tournament are quite interesting. Lewis, it appears (based on this TINY sample)
that SOTG votes are higher at fun tournaments.
