I just had a long and frustrating conversation with Ryanair. They haven't decided whether they are reinstating the flight yet and got told to phone back on Monday. If you haven't requested a refund, you should be able to go back onto it if they do reinstate it. If you have requested a refund (like I did), try and get them to put a stop on the request until they confirm one way or another as they probably haven't actually processed it yet. It won't come up on the system though so you'll need to insist that they check it out. And refuse to get off the phone until they give you the answer you want!
