Training Session for Midland's Women (all ladies welcome!) After the success of our last session we are running another... come along and join in!
What: A training session for Women who would like to play more Ultimate in the Midlands. It is open to any girl/lady (juniors included) who is keen to play, all abilities welcome. It is a great opportunity to train with other girls from around the region. The day will focus on improving skills and then putting this into practice during a game. We will be having a short break for lunch so don't forget a sarnie. *When: Saturday 14th March 2009 - 10:00 - 14:00* Where: It will take place at Selly Park, Birmingham. Please don't get confused with Selly Oak Park! To find us please look for Raddlebarn Road. Selly Park, Selly Oak, Birmingham: To find it search for Raddlebarn Road. It is not far from the University of Birmingham. The train station about 15 minute walk from the playing fields (Selly Oak) - if enough people are getting the train we could organise collection from the station, please contact me if you are interested. Bring: Please bring along a light and dark shirt, some warm clothes, boots/cleats, a disc and water (a bin liner for your bag incase its wet would also be useful).
