Hello, Have been doing some coaching of late in schools. It is become noticeable, what with term coming to an end and therefore my sessions finishing, that the kids no longer have discs to play with. So it struck me that while we've managed to get them interested in the game, that they are unable to play it over summer as I, or the school, won't be there to provide them with discs. I got suckered into giving a few away to the more enthusiastic kids but it's not really sustainable as I can't afford to keep handing them out.
So...I thought there must be a few of you out there, who have a couple of rubbish discs in the boot of the car or in the shed that you may not need that you could give me which I could hand out in the future to kids who show real enthusiasm for the sport. Given that all they need is the disc, it sets them up to practise inbetween lessons and terms etc and to maybe get into the sport. Seems a shame that so many of them enjoy it at school but may not be able to keep playing over the holiday months. So, if you fancy giving me any old discs, I promise to find them a good home with kids who may just end up running round for your terrible hucks when you're fat and old.
