In total there were 3 teams that I didn't get scores from (and gave up
trying to contact!). Some teams only have a few scores, this is either
due to them playing a team which didn't give their scores in or
playing a team twice but who only scored them once (this happened a
lot, particularly for the higher open teams) - also some teams seemed
to give in only half their scores, not a lot you can do about that!!
