As you may be aware, UK Ultimate is a beneficiary of BingoLotto, a new TV game on Virgin 1. Tickets are available at every Tesco till point, the show airs at 7pm on Sunday nights and there are thousands of prizes to be won each week. For every ticket sold, sport and the voluntary sector receives 40p.
In Sweden, where the game originated, BingoLotto has already raised in excess of £1billion for sport. If we can do as well in the UK, our sport will be much better off as a result. But to make the game work, we need to make sure as many gamecards as possible are sold. And that is where you can help. We want you to tell as many people as you can about this exciting show. Realistically there may not be a lot of people on Britdisc that are in Bingolottos target market. However even if all you do is raise awareness of the show with family and colleagues, it will still help. We need more people to buy a gamecard (from any Tesco store), watch the show and in doing so enjoy a better than one in ten chance of winning some great prizes.
