As mentioned earlier this year, An open team will be launched in Manchester to compete in next year's tour season. Our facebook group has drubbed up over 110 members with keen interest, with nto only fresh, young faces, but some wise old heads too. I've been in contact with a few members of Chevron, who are more than happy to come and offer some real coaching to us at future training sessions. The team intends to be pushing for the top of B-tour next season, and with the interest so far, i don't see why not! If you haven't joined up yet, join the facebook group (Manchester Ultimate). However, the main point of this email is to advertise our first sessions. On SATURDAY 25th OCTOBER, we will be running a 1-day hat tournamen to anyone that is interested or intends to try out for Manchester Open next year. Hopefully, this will get everyone together who's interested, and also be a good, competitive and fun start to the trainings. Afterwards, I'm sure there will be many a beer to be had What we need from everyone is to sign up. If you could reply to me ASAP with your name, age, self assessment ability (standard 1-5) and position so i can start to put teams together. I really need this in quickly, as i'm sure you'll appreciate i don't want to be jigging things round at the last minute! The next training after that will be a full weekend training on the 14th and 15th of november. This will be a weekend of high intensity training, hopefully with some externam coaching. Accomodation will be provided via a floor of some description, maybe even a bed if your lucky! Our trainings aren't too regular, so really we would expect everyone who can attend to be at this weekend, and for everyone to be at the hat tournament would be brilliant.
