Went to check the hall today and it was not as large as I was told, may not have sufficient changing facilities and it now may not be available for an hour or two on Saturday. Rather than trying to cram a 12 team tournament in to this time period which may end up making me a loss, I've decided to call the whole thing off. Thank you very much to the 20 or so teams which expressed an interest in this event.
