A question regarding the rules on marking infractions:
18.1.2. A marking infraction may be contested by the defence, in which case
play stops.
So if the defense contests, the game stops, at which point i presume they try
to come to an agreement as to whether it was an infraction or not. If they
can't agree what should the stall count come back in on?? I can't see anything
in the rules about this....
