Hello Good People.

Are you new to Ultimate or hoping to learn a bit more about it?
Have you just stopped playing for ages and fancy getting back into it?
Do you have friends, team mates, colleagues, partners, family members who
fancy getting involved?
Do you/they live anywhere near London?

If yes, then read on. If no, then read on anyway because you might just know
some people this could could be good for!

The Flaming Galahs and some friends are hosting some beginner sessions to
help those new to the game learn a bit more about it. I'd like to emphasise
that these sessions are open to everyone and anyone, and you need not
possess any desire to play for us if you wish to turn up. So please pass
this onto your teams if they have some players who may benefit.

Dates:
Sunday 25th October.
Sunday 22nd November.

Time: 1 - 4pm.

Place: Eagle Pond. Clapham Common.

The sessions will be planned and will involve a raft of experienced players
and UKU qualified coaches. On top of this you'll get cider afterwards in the
pub..We request that you sign up, by e mailing me, before the event. Please
do not just turn up on the day as it would be nice to know how many people
we have and how many helpers we need. Thanks.

It can be hard to reach the types of player who might be interested in these
sessions, as most of the people signed up to BD, London League, uni lists
etc are generally players who already know the sport. If you have played for
a summer league team with beginners, or have work colleagues who are
interested in the sport, or still have contact with your old uni team then
please forward the mail on. It would be great to get a good turn out.

Thanks a lot for bothering to read this far. Any questions then shout and
please forward this mail on. You may just be the person who starts someone
on the road to a gold medal!

Dan.

Flaming Galahs.
