The dust has settled on the Flyght 1Day Women's tournament, and 'Watch the Walls', despite a close game against Random Fling, emerge victorious after dominating throughout the day. The final was slightly one-sided, but Big Girls came back strong towards the end, but were unable to topple the lead their opponents had established.
It was a great day, with highly spirited women's ultimate, and a fantastic atmosphere and camaraderie between the teams. The final results were: 1 Watch the Walls 2 Big Girls 3 Release Grads 4 Flyght Club 5 Rhinos 6 Random Fling 7 Lynx Effect 8 Birds Aye **Spirit** All teams received at least one spirit vote, but it went to Bird's Aye in the end, who had scraped a squad together after illness had crippled half their team!
