Hello BD, Just a quick follow up on the email below. Just so there is no confusion, we're not expecting the full £440 for this place. If you can get the time to go and aren't already doing so, then why not submit a bid. If you bid £100 and nobody bids higher, you might find yourself on the way to the cheapest Paganello of all time.
If you are debating about it however, can I ask that you don't email me with a request to 'let you know if nobody else bids' but don't commit to a bid yourself because I've already got plenty of those to make that request kind of pointless. As Mr. T would say...'GO TO Paganello!'
