I've been meaning to write an update on what is happening with the GB and Irish teams out at Prague but other work has sadly crushed every second out of my day. So apologies for taking this long but here is an update anyway. If you spot any mistakes then let me know. It was actually quite hard work going through all the tables and fixtures so I have no doubt got a few things wrong.
