The Cutty Sharks would like to invite all interested players from London and the surrounding area to come along to our indoor and outdoor training sessions with a view to joining the club for the upcoming mixed season. We train twice a week with indoor sessions on Wednesday evenings and outdoor sessions on Saturday mornings. Both of our sessions take place in Greenwich, south-east London. We are a fairly new team with the 2011 season being only our fourth year of competitive ultimate. The club is made up of players with a massive range of experience from complete beginners to old hands with more then 15 years of ultimate under their belts. Our ethos is one of competitive play and training but never at the expense of good humour, friendship or spirit. We are looking to recruit both experienced players looking for new challenges and new players to the game looking for their first taste of Tour level ultimate. Our aim for the coming outdoor season is to play competitively in Mixed Tour as well as in the mixed division of London’s winter and summer league. Alongside this we hope to return to Paganello and send teams to a number of fun tournaments around the country. Indoors we will be sending teams to both mixed nationals and indoor open qualifiers.
