A couple of teams are starting to ask about kit for this year - this is
just a note to let you know that we won't be tightening the rules on kit
this year, so last year's rules are a good start. I very much doubt we'd
weaken the rules either, but it's a discussion we haven't yet found time
for. Either way, if you were to abide by last year's rules you couldn't
go wrong.
