Evening BD,

LTD Release is pleased to announce that they, in partnership with the Sports
Development Unit at Southampton City Council, have secured funding to pay for
experienced coach Dan Hall Ballester to run FREE 2hr weekly sessions for
intermediate to advanced women over the course of the next 8 weeks.

Although geared to Release's own Womens team, they will cover all aspects of
the game from bringing down crucial hucks to effective positioning in zone
defence and will prove to be invaluable training in the build up to and during
the Women's Tour. This is of course is an exciting opportunity not only for LTD
Release Women but also for the development of women's ultimate on the whole and
as such we'd like to open it up to all women in the BritDisc community. Whether
you'd like to try out for Release Ladies this season, are working on a specific
aspect of a game or just wanting to regularly take part in a well run and
organised sessions specifically geared towards Women - you'd be very welcome.

Sessions will be held regularly on Thursdays from 6:30 till 8:30 at Wide Lane
Sports Ground, Southampton (Home of the UKU Nationals and EUC2007). Please
arrive at 6:15 with boots on, ready to warm up.

If you'd like to come please send an e-mail to [email protected].

Looking forward to seeing you!

James Hobley
LTD Release Club Development Officer.
