Having spent 9 weeks on crutches, lost all agility and paceI once hadand
still having a lot more stiffness and pain through the ankle some 10 years
later my views on physicality are somewhat biassed. Especially as the
incident was from a challenge that could not ever have been made without
coliding with me.

When making a challenge consider where you finish not where you get the
disc. If you cannot make you challenge without clattering the opponent set
up for the turnover (O) / next pass (D) rather than risking the health of
your opponent.
