It's possible that we may be overbooked. We have 19 pitches, and that restricts
the amount of teams that can play*. PLEASE PAY BY THE DEADLINE TO AVOID FAFF!
Teams who pay late may find they have missed the boat, even if they are highly
ranked.
*It's hard to give an exact figure of the maximum capacity, as it depends on a
couple of variables. The Schedule Committee we endeavour to be as fair as
possible, and allow as many teams to play as possible - please refer any
schedule/seedings questions to them.
DOC says:
"There are defined rules for who gets in, listed on the Comp rules. From memory
(at work, not checking now) up until the closing date the highest ranked teams
will get in, and after that it's first come first served. There are lots of
other rules about teams who missed out on the last tour etc."
