Parking and Dropoff
When you're driving to this venue you come off a roundabout and the turning to the fields is immediately on your left. Postcode NG7 2SA may get you to the right place, but also might take you to the nearby 5-a-side footie place called "The Power League". You cannot park at the Power League. Please turn around and find the right place to park. However - if you're in a taxi, they can take you to the Power League car park as you can walk through to the fields from there. This is probably worth doing as it will reduce the number of cars going up and down the narrow lane to the fields. Speaking of parking - there is a big car park at the fields and the ground staff will be directing parking both mornings. There should be NO NEED to park on the narrow lane. The Power League has a bar. The Uni has a strict rule about no alcohol or glass on the fields, so please don't bring anything out to the fields. For people playing on fields near the Power League building - they are OK with some limited use of their facilities (toilets etc) but their building is not part of the event please do NOT try to use their changing rooms for showering, etc. Fields are not soft Dave is at the fields today. Yesterday he sent an email saying they would be soft. This was blind optimism. The rain has helped of course, but the fields are NOT soft.
