Given the final spirit results for tour 3 I decided to create a full breakdown by division and area to find out which divisions were perceived to have bad spirit and what areas were most prominent.
It's available for everyone to look at: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoO1YS-wzCCLdFh6b0taRE9EMUw1U1MwX1QwZW8zM2c&hl=en_GB I think the most interesting values are the "Difference from average" by division, which say how far the average score for a given division deviates from the average across *all* divisions. Particularly surprising to note that the women's division has worse than average scores in all categories bar "Their spirit compared to ours" (which is around average). As the manager of bear cavalry I'm also quite disappointed to see that our girls got lower than acceptable spirit scores across tour 2 & 3. If you played them and gave them a below average score could you get in touch with any reasons (ideally with specific situations and players if you remember). Cheers all DaveT Bear Cavalry p.s.
