All the details you need can be found here: www.stalbansultimate.co.uk/seuoir2011 but the highlights are: When: Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th October Where: Hertfordshire Sports Village, AL10 9EU What: 3 Big Sprung Wooden Pitches = lots of good pitch time Cost: £120 per team - Deadline is Wed 12th Oct* Who: Up to 40 University Teams! So you can bring as many teams as you like* Food: Packages available for Sat Night, Lunches & Breakfasts from £10 - Deadline Mon 17th Oct* Accommodation: Available free on Fri & Sat night @ Beaumont School, AL4 0XB (10 mins drive)* Start Times: Late starts can be requested if you are arriving on Saturday morning ... but by no means guaranteed. How: Register on the website (please) or if you have trouble drop me an email with all the necessary details *1st teams have a spot reserved until the deadline (Wed 12th Oct) and remaining spots will be allocated on a first-pay-first-play basis. Your spot / food is only confirmed once we have received & confirmed payment. You must register by the deadline to make use of the accommodation. If you will have trouble paying before the deadline you must get in touch ASAP! We will try to accommodate you where possible. We will be hosting a new tournament called "Spectator Sport", alongside UKU UOIN Div 2 at the same venue, that solves the age old problem of aching to play when you go to watch ultimate!
