Hi all, The next GB u23 event will take place in the summer of 2013. You need to be 23 or under in that year.
There will be Open, Women's and Mixed teams travelling to represent GB, with the aim of equalling or exceeding the successes of our teams in Florence, 2010. ========================== If you are eligible for u23 in 2013 please ignore this email. There will be more details for you shortly. ========================== We are currently recruiting for talent spotters in all regions of the country. You need to be heavily involved in the Ultimate scene in your area (especially Uni and/or Juniors) and planning to attend many of the 2011/2012 Junior, Uni, Mixed and Open Tour and other local events. You will be asked to "spot" players who are eligible for, interested in and show the potential to be part of the GB u23 in 2013; therefore you must be an experienced player, preferably at National level. If you are interested please get in touch with me to discuss more. I am particularly keen to have folk who played in Florence with GB U23 last time. You must NOT be eligible to play u23 in 2013. ========================== Please note that the above is completely separate from the coaching and management teams that we will be setting up.
