Hi BD, There's a couple of us in SE London planning on doing track sessions on Weds evenings at Crystal Palace Athletics Stadium. We thought we'd see if there is anyone else who'd like to join us. We plan to start this Wednesday at 6.30pm although if anyone else is keen and can't do it that early we're happy to start at a later time. We're hoping to get some throwing in too.
