It should come as no surprise to anyone who has looked outside today or watched the weather forecast for the weekend that we have taken the decision to cancel mixed London winter league this weekend. I know that people will be disappointed but the snow has really messed us up this year.
There is currently 2 inches or more of snow across all of our pitches and given the sub zero temperatures forecast for the next couple of nights it is very unlikely that it will clear or that the pitches would be safe to play even if the snow went away. I will be working through the accounts over the next week to sort out who still owes money and who is due a refund and will have these sent back to the appropriate accounts.
