Birmingham Indoor Warm Down still has a few places left, so if you were thinking entering a team now is the time to get in touch. Although our sport is finally approaching the time of the year when it can be played properly, there is still one more chance to play indoors this year. There’s nasty wind or rain to contend with which is obviously a massive plus, but perhaps more importantly, this is an especially good opportunity for university or junior teams to try out their prospective teams in preparation for the indoor season after the summer break. We understand just as much as any other team that it is very difficult to find enough time to play together suitably before the indoor season commences, so why not get in some early practice and give those promising freshers some pitch time at the last indoor tournament of the academic year?
